
Reservations
Confirmation deposit of 25% is required within 15 days of reservation. Balance payment of 75% is to be fully settled 30 days prior to trip departure. If payment is not received on time, your space may be sold and no refund is made.

Arrival Information
30 days prior to trip commencement, guest are required to submit flight details.

It is highly recommended that you subscribe a diving and travel insurance , valid for the entire trip.

Discharge of Liability
I understand that unforseen circumstances such as medical problems, airline delays, etc may cause me to cancel a trip. Compensation for trip cancellation or lost/damaged luggage, equipment due to any reason must be claimed against my travel insurance. ANJEMIWA Dive Safaris will not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage and or injury of any kind whatsoever including, death and property damages arising out or incidental to ANJEMIWA Dive Safaris trips or related transfers and whether or not such damage and or injury is caused by or has been contributed to by any negligence on the part of ANJEMIWA Dive Safaris.
Dive Experience
People joining dive trips should be licensed divers with a minimum of 30 dives. Misconduct or non-observance of regulations during diving and onboard can lead to exclusion at any time from all activities organized by ANJEMIWA Dive Safaris.
